Pricing Information

At this point we offer two basic pricing plans for pictorial church directories. These prices are dependent upon whether you wish to produce the directories yourself, using our photos, or whether you would prefer that we publish the directory for you. It may seem obvious, but there is no such thing as a free lunch! The directories are paid for either by proceeds from portrait sales or directly by your congregation. In BOTH PLANS New Light Photography can professionally lay out the pages of the directory and complete all production necessary to ready the directory for printing. Option 1: Directory booklets published by New Light Photography This plan is simpler for your church to administer but more expensive for those who wish to purchase portraits. Any family which comes for a portrait session may receive a portrait directory at no additional charge. New Light Photography will cover all costs of printing the directories, and provide additional directories for the church to distribute or sell at your option. A digital copy of each family's portrait will be supplied to the church for use in the office database. First portrait sheet purchased: $35 Additional portrait sheets: $25 each, reduces by volume Directory booklets are provided at no charge   Option 2: Directory booklets published by your church On this plan, directories are not provided free; rather the directories are printed by your congregation or parishoners. This allows us to reduce the prices for portraits - making the photos more affordable for everyone. A digital copy of all photos will be provided to the church for use in production of your directory, as well as use in your church database. First portrait sheet purchased: $25 Additional portrait sheets: $15 each Directory booklets: produced by your church
